SCB's 30th International Congress for Conservation Biology (ICCB 2021) took place 12-16 December 2021 in Kigali, Rwanda, and online. On Tuesday the 14th of December our group run the workshop: Facilitating Human-Wildlife Interactions in Conservation Translocations.

During 2021 we have been working on guidance for considering Human-Wildlife Interactions from the planning to the exit stage of a project. It aims to support the Conservation Translocation community and complement the IUCN Reintroduction Guidelines (2013). The ICCB Workshop will be based on our manuscript "Guidelines to facilitate Human-Wildlife Interactions in Conservation Translocations" submitted to Frontiers in Conservation Science. We will continue to work on the guidance to produce a more comprehensive document for the CTSG.
